Hello! My name's Luisa Florez (Lou for short) and i'm a hobbyist illustrator/color artist currently residing in LA, with the goal to freelance!I've been passionate about drawing since I was 9 years old, and through my experiences and education in the animation program at CSUN, I realized my true strength lies on colors. It is my hope to continue learning and growing alongside creative projects where color is the means to evoke emotions and connect with audiences.Thank you so much for checking my page! Terms of service

1. Do not resell, repost, mint, etc. your commission as NFT. I do not condone, support, or want to be affiliated with NFTs; please keep your commission for personal use.2. Payment will be upfront and done through PayPal only. I will send you an invoice with details of your commission, and will start working 24 hours after your payment has been processed.3. reserve the right to refuse a commission without reason or explanation.4. I will not tolerate harassment (i.e. asking daily when your commission will be finished); derogatory language; questioning about my prices; or offensive commentary. Any questionable behavior that makes the artist uncomfortable will be grounds for immediate termination of your commission with no refunds.5. If you need your commission to be finished on a deadline, please communicate that early in the process to arrange an appropriate timeframe for both client / artist.6. As mentioned above, your commissions will be for your personal use only (i.e icons on social media, printing to have at your home). If you want to commission a piece for commercial use (selling, reproduction, alteration of artwork), please discuss that with the artist to arrange an appropriate framework that works for both parties.7. The artist reserves the rights to use commission pieces for promotion/advertisement (i.e. commission samples, portfolio pieces, galleries, social media, art books, etc.).8. You may repost your commission only if it includes my watermark, and it's properly credited.9. It is ok to share your commission with friends, family, close ones, group chats, etc. as long as the illustration includes my watermark, and it's properly credited.10. Refunds will be provided as follow:
** ▼ 100% refund** - only during beginning stages; before sketches or any other artwork has been created.
** ▼ Partial Refund (30% refund)** - Only during sketching stages.
▼ No Refunds - During lineart or subsequent stages.11. All communication relevant to commissions will be done through email; including your detailed commission request. Any other urgent inquiries may be done through DMs on socials (i.e. asking if there is a waitlist, asking if there are any current slots available).12. Please specify the style you want your commission to be drawn, early on during the process (options: Anime, toony, chibi, semi-realistic stylized).13. I do not provide PSD files. You will receive your final commission as a high resolution PNG, and a lower resolution watermarked version.14. Final pieces will be posted on my social media. If you wish to post your piece on your personal socials instead, please communicate that to the artist.15. You will only have 3 chances to correct something you don't like. Any further changes will cost you extra.16. I will provide this TOS as a form for you to sign. If you don't agree with any of these terms, I will not move forward with your commission.17. Should any terms of service be breached, or the artist incurs damages caused by the client, the artist reserves the right to either issue a take-down DMCA notice or pursue damages through the Copyright Law of the United States https://www.copyright.gov/title17/ .

Commission Process

1. You can send me a commission request to my email [email protected], describing with as much detail as possible what you would like to see - i.e. characters/idea for backgrounds; references for poses, clothes, expressions, etc; drawing/coloring style, etc.2. Please allow 24-48 for me to respond. If you have not received a response after 48 hours, you are welcome to send me a message to any of my socials.3. I will send you an initial quote, and a google form that includes my TOS/Commission Process for you to sign. If you don't agree with my TOS, I will decline your request. Please allow 24-48 hours before the next step.4. I will send you a PayPal Invoice; this will include a 3-5 USD fee to cover transaction fees. You have 24-48 hours to finalize payment. If you have not paid after this, I will send you a reminder and allow another 48 hours. If I have not heard back from you, I will dismiss your request.5. After payment is finalized, I will send you a sketch as soon as I can, depending on where you are on the queue. Allow 24-48 hrs to receive a sketch or an update.6.I will constantly send WIPS and updates of your commission. All sketches and WIPs will include a watermark.7. After your piece is done, I will send you a "Final Commission" email which will include a high resolution png version of your commission, and a lower resolution watermarked version.8. I will post the commission to my socials the following Monday/Wednesday at 11AM PST from when your commission was finalized. If you wish to post it to your socials instead, please communicate this to me beforehand.

"Won't draw" list

I will not draw the following themes:✘ Mecha
✘ Animals.
✘ Character commissions within backgrounds.
✘ Background commissions with characters.
✘ Explicit NSFW; nudity or suggestive themes are ok.
✘ Graphic gore | vomit.
✘ Racist, discriminatory, homophobic, transphobic, offensive, aggressive, and intentionally inflammatory content.
✘ I reserve the right of refusing a theme, even if it's not included in this list.
